Steam pressure cookers

Because of their power rating and loading capacity, ROSINOX Grandes Cuisines steam pressure cookers meet the requirements of intensive use with all the qualities of steam cooking which is fast and economical.

exceptional performance: ultra rapid cooking of fresh and frozen products while conserving their taste, colour and weight as well as their vitamin and mineral salt content,
extremely short cooking times which is fully compatible with kitchens operating a "just-in-time" system,
much lower power consumption than for traditional cooking.

3 cooking modes - high pressure, low pressure and without pressure,
versatile to use with the double compartment models which mean you can cook simultaneously but at different pressures,
double or triple action, 2 or 3 cooking modes are available depending on the model

– high pressure cooking (1 bar) for finely cut vegetables,

– low pressure cooking (0.4 bar) for the larger-sized vegetables,

– without pressure for cooking delicate products,

the cooking compartments have a capacity of 70 or 160 litres (depending on model). The use of Gastrostandard trays assures rational handling while preventing product waste through them being squashed.
