The manufacture of our equipments requires manual interventions in several stages involving different trades: cutting, bending, shaping, assembly, welding, grinding-polishing, motor, ventilation, wiring (water, gas and electricity connections).

The composition of a custom-made involves a detailed approach to the workstations around the device, considering the staff, the restaurant menu, the number of guests, but will also take into account the surface area of the kitchen, the configuration of the premises, the type of energy, the space available for service and the habits and wishes of the Chef.
Our design office is at your disposal to optimize the layout of your stove according to your needs and constraints. We provide advice, layout plans, quotes, and project management for custom-made projects.
